Hello artists, I am the development assistant at the NC Arboretum. We have one outdoor sculpture installed (which was purchased with a donation) and could possibly acquire more over the years. I am trying to find out what is reasonable compensation for the artist for routine maintenance and repairs. Does anyone have a sample contract they could share with me or other info, which we could use to create our own maintenance agreement? Thanks.
