RuBert was commissioned to design and build an interactive sculpture to keynote the entrance of the Walt Disney Children’s Arts Festivals. Grants from the Walt Disney Foundation funded the festivals to inspire children throughout the state.

The modular design and portable base allowed it to be easily moved and stored. Large gears in the base of the sculpture allowed even small children to make the head, arms and legs of K-Man move, much like a huge toy robot.
